  • Integrated Wellness Calendar: A curated monthly calendar that includes small wins for mind, body, and spirit, seamlessly integrating components from all four individual programs.

  • Personalized Coaching/Training Sessions: Three 45-minutes coaching/training sessions per month focusing on fitness, nutrition, and mindset.

  • Weekly Meal Menu Ideas: Derived from the Balanced Boost and Nourish to Flourish programs, this will include weekly menu ideas and food-prepping hacks.

  • Weekly Mental Wellness Activities: Drawn from the Unstuck and Elevated program, these activities are designed to counter negative self-talk and enhance mental wellness.

  • Workout Plans: A blend of six new workouts per month from the Energize Your Fitness program, incorporating TRX, Yoga, and Spinal Rehabilitation exercises, and Balance 

  • Monday Motivation, Wellness Wednesday and  Friday Celebrations: Weekly uplifting messages to kickstart your week and celebrate your wins.

  • Ongoing Support: Monday to Friday text/chat availability for all your questions and concerns.
